Please read these terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights and obligations. By participating in the SmartPhone City Buyback Program, you agree you understand, acknowledge, and accept the terms below.

SMARTPHONE CITY, LLC (SMARTPHONE CITY), ITS VENDORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN ANY DEVICE THAT YOU SELL AS PART OF THIS BUYBACK PROGRAM. YOU AGREE TO SAVE INFORMATION YOU WANT TO KEEP ON ANOTHER DEVICE PRIOR TO SELLING YOUR DEVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SMARTPHONE CITY, ITS VENDORS, AND SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ANY INFORMATION/DATA FROM DEVICES THAT YOU SELL. INFORMATION/DATA ON YOUR DEVICE WILL BE DELETED AND WILL BE UNRECOVERABLE.
TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BEFORE SELLING YOUR DEVICE TO SMARTPHONE CITY TO RECEIVE CREDIT YOU HAVE:
- ERASED YOUR CONTACTS, CALENDAR, PHOTOS, MESSAGES, CALL HISTORY, EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGES, VIDEOS, WEB BROWSING HISTORY AND ANY OTHER PERSONAL, CONFIDENTIAL OR SENSITIVE STORED INFORMATION FROM YOUR DEVICE,
- REMOVED THE SIM CARD AND MEMORY CARD, IF APPLICABLE, FROM YOUR DEVICE AND THAT A FACTORY RESET OF THE DEVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED BEFORE SELLING YOUR DEVICE, AND
- DEACTIVATED ALL SERVICES TO YOUR DEVICE.
SMARTPHONE CITY, ITS VENDORS, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING PERSONAL, CONFIDENTIAL, AND/OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION FROM YOUR DEVICE AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT PERSONAL, CONFIDENTIAL, AND/OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION LEFT ON YOUR DEVICE WILL BE DELETED.
If you fail to remove all personal, confidential, and/or sensitive information from your device SmartPhone City, its vendors, and suppliers are not liable to you for any damages you may suffer if personal, confidential, and/or sensitive information left on your device is accessed.
SmartPhone City, its vendors, and suppliers are not responsible for any charges accrued before, during, or after you sell your device. If you incur any charges, it is your responsibility to pay those charges.
You are the sole and rightful owner of the device being sent in. You are not sending in a lost or stolen device and the device is free from any liens or claims by third parties.
The SmartPhone CIty Buyback program is not available to minors, you must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
The value quoted for any device is only valid for up to 48 hours from the quote date.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SMARTPHONE CITY, ITS VENDORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR MORE THAN THE BUYBACK VALUE OF THE DEVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SMARTPHONE CITY, ITS VENDORS, AND SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY BUYBACK OF YOUR DEVICE.

So i seen an ad on facebook marketplace to buy a samsung s10e at a pretty good price very good. I seen the reviews for the place and said why not. I get there phone is in perfect condition buy it put my sim everything worked out until 30 min... no service the phone was blacklisted by att call up the store he apologizes he was certain the phone should have worked but didnt argue he just said come on down we can refund you i said id rather just exchange it and he did im typing this review with my new s10e fantastic customer service.

Fair, flexible, good natured, honest and knowledgeable. Came in seeking a battery for my old S6 (after their big franchise competitor down the street tried to sheist me) and walked out with a fairly priced great condition 2nd hand phone. Highly recommended, two thumbs up. I would have wasted my money doing business with anyone else.Thanks again guys, the phone is great!

Apple said my phone was done for and that Ishould buy a new one. I come here, the guy tells me he can clean it quickly for a reasonble (really cheap) price. Now my phone is working fine! And most importantly I was able to save the pictures I hadn't saved when my phone got fried. Great service, would recommend to anyone. Also my phone is an iphone X, which worried me cause they're much harder to handle, but this was no issue here.

Had a charger port issue on my OnePlus. Walked in and he immediately gave me two options. Order a part or try to clean it out. He cleaned it out for me and it made a huge difference. No one else would even look at the phone. Hands on. Smart. Nice guy. Will come back for future issues.

My phone died on me on a trip to Charlotte, and ran across a used Pixel 3XL online from him he had advertised. I was skeptical at first because it was such a good price on a nearly brand new phone. Went into his shop and met him and saw the phone, and wow. Great guy, friendly, easy going, and straight forward. Phone was in PERFECT shape, even better than it sounded online, and he took the time to make sure everything worked correctly with my carrier, and the phone was functioning properly. Great experience, and would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone! Weeks later and I'm still super pleased with the new phone, the price, and the service i got from this shop.

This place has always been my go to when it comes to fixing my phones! They have always been fast and provided great results. I called to see if they could cut my sim card down for me and sure enough they took care of it for me and didnt charge me anything. On my way back home I stopped in another local chain repair store just to ask if they could and they wanted to charge me 15$ for the cut, this only solidified my loyalty and continued service with them! Great people that will take care of you!

I just dropped in (while on a bike ride) to see if my iPhone could be fixed (connector port for charging phone). I expected to be told it would cost to see if it could be fixed, similar to the policy of another repair shop near me. Not only did he look at my phone, he diagnosed and fixed the problem while I stood there (connector port needed cleaning) and did not charge a penny. I am headed back to the shop, with my wallet this time, to show my appreciation for the excellent customer service.

After Apple refused to fix my shattered screen, because the phone was slightly bent, I went to these guys. They not only fixed my screen, quickly and for less than what Apple was charging, they also fixed the bend in the phone! Yay! So excellent! Highly recommend these guys!

This guy is great! Very sincere and professional. We had a problem with our iPad and he fixed it fast, like 3 hours! A few weeks later, we had a screen issue. He looked at it and tested it for free! Unfortunately the new problem can't be reasonably fixed so we are happy knowing we tried and got a great deal on the original fix! Highly recommend!

Great guys really enjoyed the overall got me in and out in under 30mins and allowed me to see different screens to try on the phone to tell the difference (very underrated feature). Also fun conversationalists too. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cheap price to get your fun fixed!

Great Service! Today, it snowed in Charlotte, so the store was closed. I called and was able to get to the store. The guy came to the store out of his way, opened the store for me, and replaced my screen. My phone now feels brand new, and I am very satisfied with the service. Maybe took 5-10 minutes. Price is also very reasonable. Would recommend to friends for sure!

After hearing that the Apple "Genius Bar" couldn't look at my phone for a week, I searched on Google for an alternative in my zip code. I walked in and 15 minutes later walked out with a new charging port installed on my phone. They are professional, polite and the pricing is fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
